  I spent 3 hours and 30 minutes waiting to get a copy of a driver license that I lost. I arrived at 8:00 and left at 11:30 am. First I waited 45 minutes in a line just to put my name and get a number (not really a position in the queue) and then more than 2 hours to see the person who helped me. I needed to get a driver license ASAP so I could not wait the 6 weeks needed to get the next available appointment. The experience was made worse because there is no visibility of when you will be seen. The number they give you is composed of your initials and the last 4 digits of your phone number - a unique number just for you. My guess is that they do not commit you to a position in a queue so everyone who has an appointment is put in front of you - It doesn't seem to have a waiting time trigger or maybe there is one after 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting you are next (not including the time in the first line) but maybe I just "got lucky."
