  The location is perfect for families. It is a safe neighborhood and its just 10 mins walk from downtown. The amenities and extra parking spaces are a plus.

  I’ve been staying at eaves Creekside for two years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this community.
  
  Ruben and Amanda at the leasing office have been great! They pay close attention to the needs of their residents. Fun resident events are planned by the staff here every month. Ive gotten to meet several neighbors there, who are now great friends.
  
  The maintenance staff has also been great. Felipe and his team are very responsive and courteous.
  
  I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the area.
