  Horrible customer service!!!
  Mary Zhang, showroom sales representative was the rudest sales person that I have ever met.
  
  Zhang would not answer any of my questions regarding the counter tops and cabinets that I was looking for. When I asked her what "cultured marble" was she told me "look it up on the Internet yourself".
  
  I did talk to Jennifer, the manager, but she said that she couldn't answer my questions about the products for sale because she was not a sales person. Horrible staff at all levels.
  
  My general contractor sent me to KZ Cabinets to buy my wood floors, cabinets and tiles...I'll let him know about my nasty experience.
