  I ordered 6 QuickMount PV QRack Panel Clamp 8" @ $103.50 and one unit is missing the hex nut for mounting and the black spring clip. I also ordered Qt. 6 QuickMount PV QRack Base Mount Flashing Assembly @ $84.49, their site states 1 = Qt. 6 for item 'QMQRBM A 6 (0363)', I only received one mount. I received an email stating the other items may be shipped from another warehouse. Nothing is stated about this on the packing slip I received. In their email they also told me to file a shipping claim on their site within 48 hours, which I've done the same day I received the shipment.. 4/16/2018. I emailed them back asking for a tracking number if there's a second shipment. Not a happy camper at this point with RENVU.
  
  Update 4/19, I received the missing items I had originally ordered. As with any merchant... double check their work because people make mistakes.
