  The service in the shop is awful. I changed my plan on August 11th but they forgot to renew my plan recycle. Because of this, I called to t-mobile custormer service about 6-7 times. Each time I called to T-mobile customer service, they gave me different answer. T-mobile shop just deal with selling and if you want to go for account detail or something, they can't help anymore. I think T-mobile should train their staffs more complete and I won't use T-mobile again because this is so exhausting to deal with these kinds of things.
