  Decent pearl tea place with pastries. The sweetness is just right and well balanced with the flavor of tea. Price is fair at roughly $4.5 each including toppings. They use their own point card system for buy 10 get $3.5 off a future order with a 6 month expiration date.
  The staffs are friendly and store setup is pretty simple. I wish the decor can be a bit fancier and more welcoming.
