    Kevin, the owner, came to bid glass replacement for six windows. While he was measuring, he got a call from a customer and was yelling at them, then told me they were crazy. His bid was over $2,500 and he wanted a deposit immediately. I told him my wife wanted more bids. My two other bids were in the $800 range. Fair enough, but when he called to see what I'd decided and I told him I had other bids at less than a third the price, he paused, then began swearing that if he'd f**g known i was going to get a other bids he wouldn't have come three f**g times to measure (his measurements were incorrect as well, confirmed by both other bidders). Shocked, I hung up the phone. He called back a moment later and the call went to voicemail. Was he apologizing perhaps? Hardly! His voicemail (and I quote): "Hey assholes... I think you guys are a combination of a c**t and an a**hole, that's what I think you are". I saved the message and will post to yelp and utube as well. Tri City is a complete ripoff and their owner is unstable and perhaps even dangerous.
